Our new project “Ehden Parc”, whose construction site was opened last December with the demolition of the old building and the realization of a part of the special works (drilling and vertical profiles), is going to enter a new phase. The earthworks will be able to start next week.

Ehden Parc is located in

heart

of the city of Bussigny in an urban environment, close to the main roads (rue de Lausanne) and the SBB station which is reachable on foot in 5 minutes. The two future buildings will benefit from all the amenities available in the immediate vicinity.

Composed of a common base, the two buildings will have 21 apartments and an interior parking lot with 25 spaces for rent. The apartments located on the upper floors will benefit from a beautiful view of the lake and the Alps. The commercial space located on the first floor will allow for a local activity that will benefit future residents and local residents.

The two buildings will be delivered in the third quarter of 2023.
