The Parc des Crêts construction site, which began last October, is progressing at a good pace and already allows us to see the locations of the A villas, as well as the position of the first pillars of the underground parking.

For this first phase of construction, the earthwork, which consists of moving a quantity of earth to create the space for the future construction, is divided into four sectors. To date, the first sector has been completed and the earthworkers have begun work on the next sector.

The structural work, corresponding to all the work that supports the buildings, is underway. The first crane was erected on January 18 and the first inverts were made in mid-February.

The first phase of commercialization is underway. Our real estate brokers receive you by appointment 6 days a week, in a magnificent showroom of 200m2 dedicated to the project, and located on the plot: Route de Troinex 71, in Troinex.
