According to a study by Credit Suisse, the economy should support the real estate market in 2018, and more specifically the property sector, thanks in part to low interest rates.

However, the outlook is more pessimistic for residential and commercial rentals. This is due in particular to the decline in demand for housing and online commerce.

As for the office space market, the study predicts a stabilization, enabled by signs of economic recovery.
