After a period of calm, the Swiss real estate market seems to be on the rise again.

The recent Immo-Monitoring 2018 study, conducted by real estate consultancy Wüest Partner, suggests a rise in housing prices in the coming months.

This confidence in the future is said to be due to an economic upturn in the country, driven by rising employment, increased purchasing power and improved consumer sentiment.
