It was in a relaxed and enthusiastic atmosphere that the information session for the promotion of the Parc des Crêts was held on Tuesday evening in Troinex.

More than 300 residents of the commune came to learn about this exceptional development of 368 homes on an 8.7 hectare plot in the villa zone in the south of the canton of Geneva.

After six public consultation and information sessions held between 2016 and 2020, the building permit has been in force since January.

Marketing and construction will begin in May.
